ECM Selection Ltd. in Cambridge is seeking engineers who want to move from hands-on electronics or mechanical engineering into business development within the HealthTech sector.

You will start as an engineer and, with support from BD colleagues and engineers, gradually focus on client-facing activities, building credibility and helping prepare proposals for new technologies. Travel to conferences and customer sites around the UK, Europe, and the USA is a core part of the role, with good career

Qualifications

• Engineering candidates with a strong HealthTech background.
• Masters or PhD preferred in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Desire to move into business development.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initially work as an engineer and transition to business development.
• Develop compelling proposals for new products and technologies.
• Build relationships across HealthTech with potential clients.
• Travel to conferences and customers UK, Europe and the USA.
