Job summary

You don't need prior HealthTech experience; the role prioritizes leadership, practical hardware and software expertise in C/C++, soldering boards, debugging, and transferring designs to manufacture.

Qualifications

• Design, prototype and test electronic circuits/systems; embedded software in C/C++.
• Hands-on hardware work including soldering and fault diagnosis.
• Strong academic degree in engineering; top UK university.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural development from concept to production.
• Manage a team of engineers and deliver compliant solutions.
• Ensure products meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee testing and transfer to manufacture.
