Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust in Stevenage is recruiting for a Medical Workforce Delivery Assistant to support the Planned Care and Cancer Divisions with administrative HR services. The role works closely with the Medical Workforce Delivery Lead and specialists to ensure smooth delivery of medical workforce functions.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, well organised and proactive, capable of managing competing priorities, and committed to maintaining

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE level including English and maths.
Evidence of ongoing personal development or willingness to undertake relevant training.
CIPD Level 3 qualification/equivalent or desire to work towards

Responsibilities

Undertake a varied range of administrative duties with initiative.
Work in accordance with policies, procedures and standard operating practices, while maintaining a flexible and positive approach to teamwork and service delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues across a range of professional groups, building effective working relationships and contributing to the continued development of the service.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage sensitive and complex enquiries in a professional, compassionate, and solution-focused manner.
Support will be available from the wider team, but the successful candidate will be encouraged to take ownership of their work, embrace new challenges, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
