Job summary
The Harrogate, Hambleton and Richmondshire Perinatal Team is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join as a Community Support Worker in our Perinatal Mental Health Community Team.
The role involves supporting birthing people with mental health care, including physical health monitoring, co-facilitating groups, and assisting the multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work within the community perinatal multidisciplinary team, providing services to pregnant and up to 1-year postnatal birthing individuals and their families, working alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
The role requires travel across the locality, so applicants must have access to a suitable vehicle. Adjustments can be made under the Equality Act 2010 if needed.
