Job summary

Galashiels District Nursing Community Nursing Team in Gala Health Centre is recruiting a Health Care Support Worker to deliver a range of care needs in patients' homes. You will work with a dynamic team and support individual care plans.

Experience in the Community is desirable but not essential. A driving licence is essential; you may travel across the locality as service needs arise. This is a full-time role within NHS Borders with development opportunities.
