NHS Borders Outpatients Department in Scotland is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) to join the team. The role involves delivering unsupervised safe and effective care in an outpatient setting and supporting Consultants and Specialist Nurses with clinical and non-clinical practice.
We welcome enthusiastic, flexible candidates with good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a busy nursing team. This fixed-term post is for 6 months and full-time 36 hours per week.

NHS Borders Outpatients Department currently deliver clinics to 26 specialties over 3 outpatient areas within Borders General Hospital. A vacancy has arisen within our Outpatient Department for an experienced band 3, working 36 hours per week. This post will be fixed term for 6 months.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) to join our established nursing team. You would be responsible in delivering unsupervised safe and effective care in an out-patient setting. The successful candidate will work closely supporting Consultants and Specialist Nurses with clinical and non-clinical practice.
