As a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW), you’ll be part of a dedicated team providing essential care to patients in various settings. You will work closely with registered healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, supporting patients in environments such as adult and child wards, outpatient areas, and more. You will take all necessary steps to safeguard patients’ welfare, safety, and security, making a positive impact on their well-being daily.
This role requires effective communication, teamwork, and high standards. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, willing to work a minimum of 23 hours per week, including long days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
