We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and patient-centered Healthcare Support Workers to join our team on Graham Davies Ward/Ready to Go Home Unit at Llanidloes War Memorial Hospital. The ward currently operates as a multi-disciplinary led care unit. Ideal candidates will work well within a team, demonstrate caring and kindness, and wish to develop their skills in a ward/ready-to-go-home setting. Strong communication skills, a sympathetic attitude, and a commitment to high standards of patient care are essential. The role involves shift work, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
