Job Description:

Are you looking to work 16-24hrs per week? If so, this could be the role for you. We are recruiting Support Workers for our 24/7 supported housing projects in Carmarthen, providing emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high-level complex needs. The goal is for the young people to move into their own accommodation.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

We have part-time hours & sleep-in shifts available (additional payments for sleep ins).

Candidates should ideally hold a full driving license, have access to a vehicle, and must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check, which the company will pay for if required.
