Boots is seeking a dedicated pharmacy professional to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services from in-store and digital channels. You will uphold patient safety, governance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the store team to enhance care quality in the community.

You will coach colleagues, grow talent, and represent Boots in local healthcare networks, reinforcing our commitment to accessible, high‑quality pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Commitment to delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, team‑first mindset with willingness to coach others.

• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities we serve; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
• Stay aligned with Boots policies and local pharmacy regulations.
