Job summary

Boots is recruiting for a pharmacist role in the United Kingdom to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety, pharmacy compliance, and help develop the healthcare team within the store.

A collaborative, coaching mindset is essential to grow talent in line with community needs. The role offers opportunities to work across enhanced services and broader clinical networks, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
• Experience in enhanced services (preferred)
• Understanding of local clinical networks (preferred)
