A Healthcare Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor is sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

The Firm: Highly-regarded full-service commercial law firm with a strong regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice.

The Role: The team handles a variety of work for clients ranging from SMEs to well-known companies, including providing expert advice to healthcare professionals on NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, inquests, and defending clinical negligence claims. The firm is looking to expand its team with an experienced Solicitor, ideally focusing on Court of Protection work.

The Candidate: They prefer candidates with at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work but welcome applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in this area.
