Job Description:

A healthcare regulatory solicitor is sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. The role offers an excellent salary.

The Firm: A highly-regarded full-service commercial law firm with a strong regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice.

The Role: The team handles a variety of work for clients ranging from SMEs to well-known companies, including providing expert advice to healthcare professionals on NHS, regulatory, criminal investigations, patient complaints, inquests, and clinical negligence defenses. They are looking to add an experienced solicitor, preferably with a focus on Court of Protection work.

The Candidate: Ideally, candidates will have at least 4+ PQE in healthcare advisory or Court of Protection work, but applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in this area are welcome.
