Health Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. Paying extremely well.

THE FIRM: Highly-regarded full-service commercial law firm with a great regional and national reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice. The role is based in central Manchester in Spinningfields.

THE ROLE: The team handles a range of work for clients from SMEs to household name companies. The work includes providing expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims. They are looking to add an experienced Solicitor, ideally focusing on Court of Protection work.

THE CANDIDATE: Ideally, candidates should have at least 4PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work. However, applications from proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in moving into this area are welcome.
