Health Regulatory / Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by a commercial law firm in Manchester. Paying extremely well.

The Firm:

The Role:

• The team handles a range of work for clients from SMEs to household-name companies
• The work is varied: providing expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory), and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests, or defending clinical negligence claims
• They have an established team and are looking to add an experienced Solicitor, ideally focusing on Court of Protection work

The Candidate:

• Ideally 4+ PQE in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work
• Open to proven litigators and private client solicitors interested in this field
