Vertis Health in Redditch is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR team and support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of healthcare professionals. You will coordinate end-to-end campaigns, liaise with hiring managers and ensure a professional candidate experience.

You will source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and university partnerships, manage administration, pre-employment checks and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting recruitment within healthcare, social care or another regulated environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and supporting onboarding activities.
• Manage recruitment administration, ensuring records, trackers and candidate information are accurate and up to date.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks and university partnerships.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill healthcare vacancies.
• Provide excellent candidate care, ensuring applicants remain informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment planning, interview coordination and campaign improvements.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references, right-to-work documentation, DBS checks, qualifications and professional registrations.
• Monitor recruitment activity and produce reports on vacancy status, pipeline progress and recruitment performance.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
