Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare estates, capital and construction projects from design and procurement through to handover and close-out, taking ownership and following through on commitments.
• Coordinate clients, designers, contractors and advisers, building collaborative and inclusive relationships through clear, respectful communication.
• Maintain project controls across programmes, risks, changes, costs and reporting, using sound judgement and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support contract administration, client relationships and commercial performance, working with integrity, accountability and a proactive approach to changing priorities.
