Job summary

Carriera Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare and public sector projects across London and the South East. You will manage multiple schemes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM membership or working towards chartership.
• Healthcare/public sector project experience desirable.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• Proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare and public sector construction projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Act as Project Manager and Employer's Agent where required.
• Coordinate and manage client, consultant and contractor relationships.
• Assist in the development and management of project programmes, budgets and risk registers.
• Monitor project performance against cost, quality and programme objectives.
• Lead project meetings and prepare reports for clients and key stakeholders.
• Support the administration of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Support the development of client relationships and ongoing business opportunities.
