Job summary

Icon UK Limited is seeking a clinically qualified healthcare programme management professional to lead new-centre commissioning and site readiness at Wimbledon. The role requires coordinating workflows, training and onboarding, plus managing milestones, resources and risks across clinical and operational teams.

Experience in radiation oncology, clinical systems or transformation projects is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Clinically qualified professional with strong management, stakeholder engagement and programme delivery experience.
• Experience in healthcare, particularly radiation oncology, clinical systems or transformation projects, would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-centre commissioning and site readiness.
• Develop workflows, training and onboarding programmes.
• Coordinate operational milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Manage delivery risks and support mitigation planning.
• Help implement new services, systems and technologies.
