Job summary

You will direct day-to-day project activities, mentor teams, and supervise cross-functional collaborations with stakeholders. A background in oncology and pharma/CRO environments is essential, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in Global project management with a track record in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with mentoring and team development.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
• Pharma or CRO global experience is mandatory for this Global Project Manager role.
