Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced maintenance plumber to deliver planned and reactive plumbing and mechanical system maintenance across the Trust estate.

You will carry out inspections, fault finding, repairs and installations, support water hygiene and legionella control, maintain accurate records in CAFM/Singu, and assist with planned shutdowns to minimise service disruption.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and installation work on plumbing and mechanical systems across the Trust estate.
• Assist with service shutdowns, isolations and reinstatements to minimise disruption to services.
• Complete maintenance records and documentation using the Trust's CAFM/Singu system.
• Support water hygiene and legionella control programmes, including monitoring, flushing and remedial works.
