Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
• Experience as Maintenance Plumber in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, materials.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of plumbing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes.
• Conduct installations, replacements, and upgrades of plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and external contractors to coordinate repairs and renovations seamlessly.
• Uphold stringent safety protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements to maintain a secure working environment for all.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Plumbers who have a solid background in plumbing maintenance within the facilities management industry to join a leading national facilities management organisation within the healthcare sector. Your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures to uphold optimal functionality and exceed client expectations.

This is a site based opportunity located in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of plumbing equipment
• Utilise your expertise to diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
• Proven track record as a Maintenance Plumber or similar role within the facilities management sector
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials, coupled with strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
