Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to support two healthcare sites, delivering planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.

You will repair and maintain hot and cold-water systems, pipes and sanitaryware, perform fault finding and leak detection, and complete service reports in a healthcare FM environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a plumber or plumbing engineer.
• Strong knowledge of general plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Experience with hot and cold-water systems.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds or equivalent desirable.
• Healthcare or critical environment experience desirable.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Basic IT skills and experience with electronic reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Repair and maintain hot and cold-water systems and associated pipework.
• Maintain taps, toilets, sinks, showers, valves, pumps and sanitaryware.
• Fault find and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Carry out leak detection and remedial works.
• Support PPM and minor installation projects.
• Complete job sheets, service reports and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with site management and engineering teams.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, health & safety and site procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and minimise disruption within the healthcare environment.
