Job summary

Vitality in the UK is seeking a Partnerships Executive within Everyday Care, a role hybrid with 2 days per week in Bournemouth or London offices. You will support partner services, monitor performance, and drive data-driven improvements across member journeys in collaboration with internal and external teams.

You will analyse performance data, manage relationships, and contribute to new services and journey enhancements, ensuring high standards of service delivery and positive member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, healthcare, service delivery or similar operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs or service performance metrics.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of Everyday Care partner services.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities across service delivery and member experience.
• Coordinate the resolution of service issues, complaints and operational challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital and physical journeys.
• Prepare performance reporting and materials for partner review meetings.
• Maintain governance processes, records and action tracking.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support introduction of new services, offers and journey enhancements.
• Contribute to service review, billing and reconciliation activities when required.
