Crystal Clear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to support the Healthcare Operations Team. You will own processes from stock procurement through to delivery to customer sites, ensuring accurate documentation and timely exception handling.

This role requires at least two years in logistics or operational support, experience with sales and transport documentation, and proficiency with ERP systems to generate business reports. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in logistics or operational support administration.
• Experience preparing sales and transport related documentation and working with multiple systems to record sales and movement of assets.
• Experience maintaining ERP systems and interrogation of data from them to develop and produce relevant business reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational administration support in procurement, logistics and supply chain activities to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reports related to fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate delivery of projects and customer-facing fulfillment with clear communication of plans across teams.
• Manage relationships with Account Managers to support operational activities and monthly reporting.
• Monitor stock availability and work with suppliers to manage stock, performance and RMAs.
• Coordinate inbound logistics administration and provide regular status updates for movements and returns.
• Coordinate outbound logistics administration and provide regular status updates for deliveries by drivers and couriers.
• Support continuous operational improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
