Ramsay Health Care UK’s Woodthorpe Hospital in Nottingham seeks a Finance Operations Coordinator to drive accurate data collection, billing and revenue capture across NHS and private activity. You will act as the main link between hospital departments and the Finance Hub, ensuring compliant, timely coding and billing while supporting cash handling and financial administration.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and requires strong Excel and collaboration across clinical and operational

Qualifications

• Role requires accurate NHS and private activity capture and billing.
• Liaises between hospital departments and the Ramsay Finance Hub to ensure accurate coding.
• Experience with healthcare administration systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Capture, reconcile and bill NHS and private activity accurately.
• Liaise between Woodthorpe Hospital and Ramsay Finance Hub.
• Ensure data collection and documentation enable timely coding and billing.
• Support revenue optimisation and resolve billing queries promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain patient pathways and worklists.
• Coordinate consultant-related financial queries.
• Support cash handling and refunds per Ramsay policies.
• Produce reports to monitor outstanding issues and drive improvements.
