Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an FM Assistant - Cleaning in Luton to ensure ward areas are cleaned to the required standards and schedules. The role forms part of the Facilities Team, covering general cleaning duties and restocking consumables as needed.

You will work within a structured FM service, maintaining a clean, hygienic environment for patients and staff, with flexible hours for the 2 posts (25 hours and 10 hours) and a focus on safety and high-quality

Formación

• An understanding of the importance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise daily workload.
• Understanding of cleaning/COSHH and working knowledge around Health & Safety.

Responsabilidades

• To participate in the provision of the in-house FM services to a specified area within the Trust, which may include in-patient wards, admin/clinical areas and retail outlets.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, trust staff and visitors in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness.
• As part of the Facilities Team you are expected to have a flexible approach, excellent interpersonal, customer skills, the ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise your duties to the role.
