Job summary

The post offers flexible hours and rotating shifts, with the Trust emphasising infection control and patient safety.

• Band 2 role within Estates & Facilities Management.
• In-house FM services include cleaning, catering, portering, bed making and laundering.
• Flexible hours and rotating shifts; NHS banding and remunerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Clean ward areas, kitchens and related spaces per work schedule.
• Carry out portering duties and assist with deliveries and collection of items.
• Assist with laundering, waste disposal and equipment cleaning; report faults to supervision.
• Interact with patients and staff to maintain a safe and clean environment.
