Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects on Design & Build healthcare projects across the UK. You will negotiate contracts, prepare cost reports and work with Directors and accounts teams to ensure project profitability.

The role involves assisting with quotations and tender pricing, supporting delivery of hospital refurbishments and new builds, with occasional nationwide site visits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in commercial management and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects of Design & Build healthcare projects.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal reviews.
• Produce cost reports and monitor project financial performance.
• Work with Directors, buyers and accounts teams.
• Assist with tender pricing and quotations.
• Support delivery of hospital refurbishment and new build projects.
• Office-based role with occasional nationwide site visits.
