Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist Design & Build contractor delivering complex healthcare projects across the UK. Based in Redhill with potential nationwide site visits, the role focuses on contract negotiation, commercial management and cost reporting to drive project profitability.

You will work closely with directors, buyers and accounts teams, producing quotations, tender pricing and cost control across multiple projects while supporting the delivery of

Qualifications

Must have Quantity Surveying degree and relevant professional experience.
Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills required.
Client-facing with excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial aspects of Design & Build healthcare projects.
Negotiate contracts and support legal reviews.
Produce cost reports and monitor project financial performance.
Collaborate with Directors, buyers and accounts teams.
Assist with project quotations and tender pricing.
Support delivery of hospital refurbishment and new build projects.
Office-based role with occasional nationwide site visits.
