Qualifications
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in healthcare or education projects.
Good understanding of standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC).
Experience preparing cost/value reports and assessing variations.
Responsibilities
Manage procurement and subcontract packages.
Prepare accurate monthly cost and performance reports.
Administer subcontract agreements and monitor performance.
