Qualifications

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in healthcare or education projects.
• Good understanding of standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC).
• Experience preparing cost/value reports and assessing variations.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and subcontract packages.
• Prepare accurate monthly cost and performance reports.
• Administer subcontract agreements and monitor performance.
