Job summary

CLCH invites applications for a 12-month fixed-term Data Analyst to extract and analyse patient activity data, turning it into actionable BI for managers and clinicians. You will work across community sites, with SystmOne experience as an advantage, and contribute to performance management and service development.

The role requires a relevant degree or IT experience and strong Power BI or SQL reporting skills, with a focus on data quality and governance within NHS information standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Proficient in manipulating, analysing and presenting complex health activity data.
• Experience with PAS systems such as EMIS or SystmOne.
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI, QlikView or SQL.
• Experience developing dashboards and monitoring health service indicators.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyse patient activity data for the division.
• Analyse, interpret and present information to support performance management and service development.
• Process and analyse data to support decision making, modelling and monitoring.
• Turn data into business intelligence.
• Support Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and meet Trust and commissioner requirements.
• Collate, validate, manage and present information from various sources.
• Provide data quality support to the division.
• Advise staff on information and data matters.
• Assess the impact of changes to NHS information agenda.
• Review information requirements and implement solutions.
