Shaw Healthcare is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Compliance & Governance team. You will plan, conduct and follow up on rigorous audits across Shaw Healthcare services regulated by CQC, CIW, the Care Inspectorate and Healthcare Improvement Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, audit, governance or regulatory environments.
• Ability to plan and undertake thorough audits and inspections.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills with clear recommendations.
• Excellent organisation to manage varied caseloads and priorities.
• Strong communication to challenge constructively and influence improvements.
• Knowledge of legislation, regulatory guidance and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct audits across Shaw Healthcare's regulated services.
• Maintain oversight of a caseload of regulated services and audit records.
• Monitor risk levels and respond to concerns and safeguarding issues.
• Produce audit reports with actionable improvement steps and timelines.
• Follow up on audit actions, especially for high-risk services.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and operational teams to drive improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Shaw Healthcare on governance and quality.
