Job summary

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead audits across our regulated services, reporting findings and driving improvements. Based in St Mellons, Cardiff with frequent travel to UK services, you will work with Service Managers and Head Office to ensure high quality, safe care.

The role requires robust compliance knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple audits while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a compliance, quality assurance, audit, governance or regulatory environment.
• Ability to plan and undertake thorough audits and inspections.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills with the ability to identify risks and offer improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct compliance audits across Shaw healthcare's regulated services in line with an audit programme.
• Maintain oversight of a caseload of regulated services and ensure audits are completed with accurate records.
• Identify risk levels and take appropriate action; report findings with clear actions and timescales.
