Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the Compliance & Governance team. You will plan and lead audits across regulated services, monitor risk, and ensure records and actions are followed up.

• Experience in compliance audits and regulatory inspections across regulated services.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload and competing priorities.
• Commitment to safeguarding, quality improvement and the wellbeing of people using services.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with operational teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and conduct compliance audits across Shaw healthcare's regulated services.
• Maintain oversight of a caseload of regulated services, ensuring audits are completed and records are up to date.
• Monitor levels of risk, assess concerns and take appropriate action.
• Observe and report on wellbeing of people using services and safeguarding concerns.
• Produce audit reports with findings and actions and monitor follow-ups.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation and provide compliance guidance.
