Position Overview

Recruitment Partner on behalf of ISS Facility Services UK at Omni RMS

Location: Croydon University Hospital, CR7 7YE

Hours of work: 37.5 hours, Mon-Fri 9-5, 1 weekend a quarter

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Purpose

Oversee the planning, management, development, and financial control of Healthcare Cleaning Services, leading the service team to achieve financial and performance targets, including productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and support to staff for effective performance.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to enhance service satisfaction and collaboration.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet service demands and financial targets.
• Oversee service objectives, budgets, and business plans in line with company policies.
• Implement and maintain quality monitoring, activity reporting, and performance tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Ensure staff safety when using mechanical and electrical equipment, following training and PPE requirements.
• Recruit and manage staff to meet operational demands.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Experience in Healthcare Cleaning Management.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work independently.
• Experience in client liaison and negotiation, preferably in healthcare services.
• Basic knowledge of NHS operations and patient care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management.
• Effective project planning and execution skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to construct and write reports.
