• Ensure smooth operation of the accommodation area, leading the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Drive our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
• Develop, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Analyze KPIs and manage stock control to maximize margins.
