About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as part of our Accommodation department.
As a Cleaning Manager, you will ensure the smooth delivery of your accommodation area, leading the team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness. This role will ensure we are driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation and holding the team to account to ensure standards are met. You’ll be part of a big team responsible for providing our guests with a fun and entertaining holiday.
You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences by nurturing, training, and coaching your team in a fun-filled environment. You will drive standards and lead your team to excellence, incorporating all cleaning standards and Butlin’s way of working.
Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you’ll thrive in a busy environment and will motivate your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. You should be able to drive consistent brand standards, be guest-focused, and operate efficiently.
The role also involves analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize margins and adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures.
You should have a passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver delightful experiences to guests. Supporting your team’s development through regular 121's and PDP discussions is essential.

You should be passionate about leading and developing a large team and supporting them through regular coaching and 121's.
