Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capital Projects Coordinator (Internal Only) to join the Capital Projects team at North Devon District Hospital, Barnstaple. You will support planning and delivery of clinical and non-clinical capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering capital projects in healthcare or estates environment.
• Ability to coordinate project plans, monitor milestones and budgets.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with procurement, commissioning and post-project reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surveys and site access, supporting tender and contract processes.
• Monitor work on site and assist with commissioning, handover and post-project reviews.
• Produce reports for formal meetings and boards and manage risks/issues.
• Work with multiple professional groups to align clinical, operational, technical, digital, equipment and infection prevention requirements.
