Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a seasoned Capital Projects Officer to join the Eastern Estates & Facilities team. You will lead a varied portfolio of estate and infrastructure schemes from feasibility through to handover, collaborating with clinical teams, contractors and external partners to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital projects from feasibility to handover.
• Strong collaboration with clinical teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement and construction of capital projects across Royal Devon sites.
• Ensure delivery is safe, on time and within budget while meeting NHS standards.
• Provide specialist technical advice and support sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Head of Capital Projects and project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
