Circle Health Group's The Meriden Hospital in Coventry is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support the Theatre team. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis, with a salary up to £28,576 per year, depending on experience and training.

The post involves covering a flexible shift pattern and delivering high-quality patient care. You will prepare theatres, assist with procedures, and help maintain infection control and a compassionate patient experience as part of a supportive team

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare support role is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication with a patient-centred approach.
• Willingness to undertake training and competency development in theatre-specific care.
• Understanding of infection control, safeguarding and health and safety principles.

• Maintain a high standard of personal conduct and clinical care in line with CHG policies and the HCA framework.
• Take responsibility for developing your own clinical and technical skills through training, mentorship and reflection.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient theatre environment through stock control, equipment turnover, and adherence to standards.

We have an opportunity for an Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff in theTheatre department.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Assist in delivering safe and effective care across the theatre department, supporting patients throughout their surgical pathway.
• Prepare theatres for procedures, including equipment checks, stock preparation, and ensuring the environment is clean and ready.
