Job Opportunity: Healthcare Assistant

Please note, this is a 0-hour contract. Regular hours are available and flexible to suit your lifestyle.

We are actively recruiting Healthcare Assistants in your area to join our growing team in Residential and Nursing Homes.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing excellent support and care for clients, including personal care, medication assistance, daily activities, and encouraging residents to lead fulfilling lives.

Our shift patterns include earlies, lates, long days, and night shifts. Our consultants will be happy to advise you on how this works if your application is successful.

Our new training scheme allows candidates with a minimum of 6 months' experience to access the healthcare sector, become high-standard Healthcare Assistants, and progress within the field. We offer excellent rates and flexible working patterns—two highly sought-after aspects in any career.

Daily tasks of Healthcare Assistants may include:

  • Helping service users with personal tasks
  • Serving food and assisting with eating if needed
  • Changing sheets and making beds
  • Using equipment to lift and move service users
  • Notifying healthcare professionals of abnormal or worrying temperature, pulse, or respiration rates

Qualifications required:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • You must be able to communicate effectively and understand others clearly
