At The Limes, we seek compassionate and positive support workers who can deliver person-centred care to young adults. Our support involves working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, including challenging behaviours. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in developing the skills of our young people.
The Limes is a specialist residential service providing education and care for up to 52 weeks per year for adults aged 18 to 25.
Living and learning together is our ethos. Support workers help our young people develop skills to attend educational settings and foster independence in their daily lives. Your work will be both enriching and enjoyable. No two days are the same, and you'll be creating memorable experiences for those we support.Hours of work - Full-time, averaging 36 hours per week, with a 4 on, 2 off rota.
2x Earlies: 07:15 – 16:00, 2x Lates: 15:00 – 21:30

About You
We are seeking Support Workers for our residential service at The Limes. Some roles require male support workers to support male individuals with personal and intimate care needs.
You should embody our Hesley Group values, maintaining a positive attitude and a person-centred approach.It would be advantageous if you hold a Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in health and social care. If not, we will support you in obtaining your qualifications to become a qualified support worker.
