Are you looking for a new and varied role? Have you considered a career as a support worker at Hesley Group?

At The Limes, we are seeking compassionate and positive support workers to provide person-centred care for young adults. Our support covers individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, including challenging behaviours. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in developing the skills of our young people.

The Limes is a specialist residential service offering education and care for up to 52 weeks per year for adults aged 18 to 25.

Living and learning together is our ethos. Support workers help our young people develop skills to attend educational settings and foster independence in daily life. Your work will be enriching and enjoyable, with each day offering new experiences. You will be creating memorable moments for those we support.
Hours of work - Full-time, averaging 36 hours per week, with a 4 on 2 off shift pattern.
Shifts include 2x Earlies (07:15 – 16:00) and 2x Lates (15:00 – 21:30).

About You

We are seeking Support Workers for our residential service at The Limes. Some roles may involve supporting male individuals with personal and intimate care needs, so male support workers are preferred for these positions.
You should embody our Hesley Group values, maintaining a positive attitude and a person-centred approach.
It is advantageous to have a Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in health and social care. If you do not have these qualifications, we will support your development towards becoming a qualified support worker.
