Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide door-to-door personal care in clients' homes in Crawley and surrounding areas. You will build relationships, support daily living activities, and contribute to improved well-being. The role offers flexible full or part-time hours and a supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required as a comprehensive training programme is provided. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for client visits.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving License and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

Hours of availability for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
