Job summary

All Care Services is seeking a Healthcare Assistant in West Sussex to join a dedicated care team providing home-based support to older adults. The role offers guaranteed hours with permanent contracts, flexible day/evening shifts, and an emphasis on dignity, independence and quality of life in the community.

Regular shifts from 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends are available, with paid training, mileage, pension and progression opportunities throughout the CARE certificate pathway.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Travel requirements: driver with full UK licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the East Grinstead area helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, Drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
