Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in East Sussex, including Hailsham and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, help with daily tasks, and build trusting relationships while enjoying structured training and clear progression opportunities.

Role includes guaranteed contracted hours, weekend enhancements, mileage reimbursement, and a welcome bonus. Driving is required, with full training provided and access to a company mobile.

Hours of availability for Care Assistants

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
