Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to support a young male with complex medical needs at his home. You will deliver person-centred care, including personal care, gastrostomy feeding, and medication administration, while supporting mobility and daily routines.

The role involves tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and seizure management per care plans. You must be a driver and join a supportive, skilled team committed to excellent care and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex care in-home settings.
• Must have a full UK driver’s license.
• Able to follow care plans for gastrostomy feeding, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy and seizure management.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care including personal care, gastrostomy feeding and medication administration.
• Support mobility and daily living activities while following care plans.
• Assist with tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy and related therapies as prescribed.
• Support client’s social engagement and routines in the home environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young male with complex medical needs in his own home. You will provide person-centred care, including personal care, gastrostomy feeding, medication administration, mobility support, and following care plans for tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, and seizure management.
