Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a young male with complex medical needs at home in Penryn, Cornwall. You will provide person-centred care, including personal care, gastrostomy feeding, medication administration, mobility support, and following care plans for tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, and seizure management.

Applicants should be drivers with a full UK licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex home-based care or similar settings.
• Demonstrated ability to follow care plans and medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care, including personal care and mobility support.
• Administer medications and manage gastrostomy feeding as per care plan.
• Follow tracheostomy/oxygen therapy protocols and assist with seizure management.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young male with complex medical needs in his own home.You will provide person-centred care, including personal care, gastrostomy feeding, medication administration, mobility support, and following care plans for tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy, and seizure management.

We are looking for carers with experience in

• Oxygen Therapy
