Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a young adult male with a learning disability in his home in Camborne, Cornwall. This night-shift role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to deliver person-centred care with family collaboration.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, nutritional needs and medications via gastrostomy, and provide oxygen therapy to maintain comfort and safety. Driving is required for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care for individuals with learning disabilities.
• Compassionate, reliable and able to work independently in a home setting.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a young adult male client with a learning disability within his home environment. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his daily life while working closely and collaboratively with his family to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

The position involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting personal care needs, promoting independence wherever possible, and ensuring the client’s comfort, dignity, and overall well-beingalways. The role also requires supporting with nutritional needs and medications administered via his gastrostomy port, as well as providing oxygen therapy to maintain his oxygen saturation's.

We are looking for carers with experience in :
